One of the hottest internet features that has come along in a while is the social media optimization. This is taking part and posting on social media websites. You have heard of the big ones, Facebook, MySpace and the new guy on the block. This networking site is becoming a business to business networking site, that would be Linkedin. Most of the major social networking sites have millions of active members that take part on a daily or weekly basis in the social networking aspect of these websites. Most adults are utilizing social networks for picture sharing, video sharing and staying in touch with new found social network friends or collegues.

If you are taking the business route with social networking sites, they are good for building brand recognition, generate buzz on your company, brand or products. The key to social networking is having tons and tons of followers that watch your posts. Each post can have your brand attached to it and will get your message in front of these followers. The Twitter social network service is one of the biggest with millions of members and millions of posts on a daily basis, some members have over a million followers. Some of the old guard are still able to create traffic including stumbleupon, mybloglog, and digg. To sum it all up utilize all social networking, it is all good.

Do you ever notice no matter how much you try to track something on the internet, there is always an addition and subtraction almost everyday.  Well is no different in the Social Media Industry, there is a new social site popping up everyday or should I say multiplying like rabbits. Then you will have a few drop as they get bored or just not making any money.
