Press release’s are good for SEO, I still get traffic from some Press releases I did over 3 years ago. The more press releases you send out the more backlinks you will product for the future. Most of the press release that I sent out will hang around on the internet will provide you a link for years to come.

News releases, press releases, along with media releases or even a press statement are considered a written communication that is directed at members of the news media. The purpose of these releases are for announcing something that is claimed as having news value.
