Well that yesterday has turned to years with millions and millions of new users that take part in tweeting everyday. It has gotten to be a massive push by some celebrities who want to have the most followers, that is why they are always asking for more twitter followers. Some tweeters now have several million followers. This could be the reason that twitter always seems to be real busy, sometimes slow. Cool, I like it short and sweet. BTW, PicClick is an approved eBay compatible application. Search on.

Can you make money from your twitter account? The answer, well yes. This is being attempted by a European company named B-A-Magpie.  B-A-Magpie has a simple Idea : They will pay you to let send advertisers send messages in you’re name. Now that is cool. The advertisers will send out tweets for you that are paid, you can set the paid tweets to happen every so often as you want. Interestingly, is something we want to turn Twitter into an ad generator. The judge is still out on this one.

Coming to a screen near you.

Years ago the Television folks wanted to allow you to purchase a piece of clothing, furniture, handbags or any other products you see on TV. One issue the technology has not been available to the television owners with a point/click and order products you see on TV. Now the folks of YouTube Video has enable their videos to allow you to buy a product or service that you see on the video or is related to the video. Great Marketing idea to offer products and services that relates to the top of the video.

These new YouTube partner videos with recieve click-to-buy special links that will show on the watch page beneath the video. This is the next step in viral marketing and another avenue for marketing and sellers to push their service and products to the large viewing public on YouTube. You know the TV folks are screaming at the top of their lungs, maybe pulling their hair out not getting this service first. This type of service will have on TV now that we are going on the Digital TV standard. I hope that YouTube will make this optional. Otherwise it might come off a little spamy.

Google celebrates its 10th anniversary as an organization, It sure likes to shake things up. Just the other day they had a PR update. I wish they would just tell us when it is going to happen. So I will not find out after the fact.

Over the years Google has come up with lots of tools for making money with with adsense, adwords and Google advertising services. One of my favorite tools is the webmaster tools, lots of help on stats of the website or blog. One new tools is the API for socializing your website that should be a major player over the next several years. Over the next 10 should be fun to watch. Now we watch to see how the new Google Phone will do in the market place.

Lets start with Search engine optimization (SEO). This is usually done at the beginning of a site creation designed to increase and improve website traffic through the use of keywords, website content, and links back to your site

Your organic rankings in the search engine results can be dependent on many factors, number of links, number of incoming vistors, visitor activity, relevant content and other factors.  SEO techniques ARE used effectively by Internet marketers. There has been tremendous success with SEO strategies and methodically. I consider a more organic approach, website content is best at driving traffic to your site.
