When you think about the season that is before us you naturally think about he gifts and the foods that are on their way. For those of us that are giving the family gathering parties we think about setting our tables to have that perfect holiday look. That means pulling out our best China and cookware. We want everything to have that sparkle that rings in the holidays for our family and friends. There is cookware like our cast iron cookware that we can use all year and they still look good even when we are pulling them out to cook for company. Around our house we do a lot of cooking for the holidays and that means we need to have really durable cookware and there are few things as durable and reliable as cast iron. The really good thing about cast iron is it does not loose anything the more you cook on it. In fact it only gets better with age!
