After going on a home show we decided that we needed to update the look of our home. We thought that it would require some remodeling but as we got into it we just changed out a few fixtures and changed some paint colors. What really made the biggest difference was the changing of the furniture.The furniture in a room from the design to the placement really changes the mood of the room as well as the basic look of the room. We shopped through contemporary furniture for my daughter’s room. She had a look that she wanted and it fell into that category. We went with a more modern bedroom furniture style for our son. The one thing that I knew we needed for our bedroom sent us on a search through the platform beds. I knew I wanted one and then we could design everything else around it! The really cool part is you can find everything online. You can even find it all on one website! There is so much to choose from that there is something that fits everyone’s personal style. We love our choices and we also love the fact that updating our home was that simple. If you get bored with the look of your home just change the furniture. It feels like a whole new house.
