A friend of ours was in a traffic accident that really turned out to be a legal mess. They were tied up for months as the multi car pile up went through the courts. One day we were at the courts watching the clerk bringing up one case and then another answering questions. She had it all together and nothing got her frazzled as the crowd was quite large and she was the one assigned to answer all the questions and everyone seemed to have one. All I could think about was how organized she was. She must have had a great document management system. Without fail she had everything she needed in front of her. Because of her we were in and out of the courts fairly quickly. I found watching her much more fast paced then the court room itself!
