My brother called and was taken back by how his energy bill had escalated. He said his power bill suddenly tripled in cost and he had no explanation for it. I told him when he got that electronic cigarette he was going to smoke himself homeless. Seriously he tracked it down to a water heater on the fritz. Once we changed out his elements and a few other parts he was back to his familiar total. He said every time he sees and advertisement for an electric cigarette he laughs and also checks his hot water heater!
