As parents we have a duty to keep our children safe. We take that duty very seriously. We make certain they are dressed right when they go out in the cold. We make certain they have all they need as they go to school. We start from a young age telling them things like look both ways before they cross the street and never talk to strangers. You may be surprised at what you find. Do not wait for the police to send out mailers you need to do your own research to protect your own family. You can then let the neighbors know so you can all be informed.
