With everyone getting themselves into their peek summer shapes there are market increases in things such as exercise equipment and bodybuilding supplements. You can tell when you go to the beach how many people have been working at their shapes. There are those that you never actually see sitting down at the beach but more strolling in pose and then there are the rest of us. We enjoy the show as they walk the beach and of course they do not have a towel because it would obstruct the view! Summer is fun for everyone but for some it is time for the show!
