For home buyers that have been thinking about buying a new home but were not sure when the best time to buy is the time has come. With the stimulus package being offered more and more people are taking advantage and buying their first homes. Tax credits are being offered to first time home buyers as well as those who have not owned a home in the last three years. You may qualify $8,000 Tax Credit. This is really good news for those that qualify and may be just what they need to get the home of their dreams. We all want to own the home of our dreams and the stimulus package is expanded to help that dream come true for another group of people as well. For those who have lived in there home for 5 out of the 8 years consecutive you also may qualify for a tax credit of $6,500. That opens the tax credit program for home buyers to a larger group of individuals that can qualify to buy a new home. The program ends on April 10, 2010. By that date you have to have a written , binding contract on your new home so the time to buy is now.
