The television has done many things for us and one of those things is to bring the need to loose weight to the fore front. There are many shows showing many people loosing large amounts of weight. They are truly making a difference in the quality of their lives. I wish that everyone could also understand that after all of the weight is gone you still have the procedures of a surgery/body-reshaping ttummy tuck to deal with due to the extra skin that had stretched to deal with the weight gain. Once it is no longer needed it has no where to go and a tummy tuck will remove it. I use to only hear about women that had had children getting this procedure but that is no longer the case. Now you hear more and more men and women using this procedure to get themselves back into shape. It does not matter how many exercises you do you will not be able to tighten extra skin that has stretched itself. It can be very frustrating to try and deal with the extra skin after you have done so much work to get your body to the place of good health and good appearance. That is why so many people are opting to have this done. It is often the final step in reaching their goals!
