Social Catalyst

With the holidays in full swing everyone is spending so much more time in the kitchen baking and cooking and of course eating. The recipes are being dragged out and the dinner tables are being filled with fabulous foods. There is always a smell of baked cookies all through the house. There is so much dried fruit being used there is definitely a need for Wholesale dried fruit this time of year. We use dried fruit in our cookies and cakes that we give for gifts to people that we see all year but do not really know but no one should be left out for Christmas. We usually start our cooking several days before Christmas for Christmas day but the entire holiday experience starts with Thanksgiving and the cooking and baking does not stop until January. We have a lot of family and friends that come and stay with us through the holidays so there is always activity in our kitchen. That is my favorite part of the holidays. It is so much fun to try the different dishes that my family explores with our friends and all of the dinner parties that December brings. There is always something sweet on our table and when we go to our friends home they also have something tasty. It is part of our holiday tradition and so is dieting after the holidays!
