When you are working on the curb appeal of your home the things that are most important are the details. It can be the layout of the shrubs all the way to the mulch placement that can make your design look it’s very best. Good curb appeal not only increases the monetary value of your home but makes you feel better about your property as well. Pulling into a well cared for home after a long day at work helps to make it all seem worth it for me. It can put me in a great mood as I watch my kids playing on a yard that we take pride in. Our flower beds have mulch in them all year round to give the home a clean appearance even through the winter and the mulch also helps to keep the flowers dormant until it is their time to make their first appearance. When spring gets here we usually have to put out new mulch to freshen the look again. What ever you can do to keep your home looking cared for whether it be to keep the driveway swept through the windy season or keeping your flower beds fresh and waiting for spring it all creates great curb appeal!
