When you are planning a party for your children you want to have a party that is different from all the other parties that they attend just about every other month. It can be very tricky to come up with original birthday party ideas for children’s birthday parties but fortunately their is some one to help. There is actually a website that can come up with original ideas for your next birthday party. We went to a birthday party recently that was by far my favorite. The kids all gathered around a table and everyone got the makings to create a doll. The littlest kids were so thrilled and the older ones were able to help. After we finished with the dolls the kids all gathered around a big table for a large bowl of barbecued chicken. They were encouraged to make any kind of mess they wanted and they did! They also had french fries and ketchup! It was all over them! They had so much fun. After that they got to stand in a row and get hosed down and then everyone jumped in the pool. When they swam for a little while they got out and made ice cream sundaes (another mess). After they all got cleaned up they were read a story from a great book and then sent home with grab bags. My kids were so tired they were asleep before we got out of the driveway. When I got out of my car to tell our friends how much fun we had I realized that everyone’s children were asleep in their car seats! Now that is a birthday party!
