During the summer was when we would explore the creeks and lakes around our home. One year my friend Tim suggest we go to the rock quarry the the adjacent city, the quarry was a mining operation that filled the caves with water. Well we acquired some cheap scuba gear and went exploring under the water. It was a very challenging time to adapt to the breathing apparatus while trying to take in all the interesting site under water. But hay what better way to fill a summer.
