Probably everyone has a garage door story to tell where you wind up needing a door replaced by a professional that can do the job right like the contractors at Austin garage doors. A nice style of garage door can truly enhance the look of your house. I had not realized all of the styles to choose from until we replaced ours. As a neighbor and I were outside his garage talking about teaching our teenagers to drive another of our neighbors walked up and joined the conversation. We had been talking when he tells us his disisater story of his son learning to back up their car. He said originally his car was in the garage and he was going over some of the basics with his son on how the car worked. He then was ready to let him drive it up their long driveway. His son begged him to let him back it out of the garage but he stood his ground and explained that he is a licensed driver and as that he has to be responsible and not take chances. They had just had their garage door replaced also and he did not want anything to happen to that. He so carefully pulled the car out and handed the keys to his son. After another conversation of the workings of the car his son was allowed to crank the car. As they listen to the car run and got the feeling of the car running his son became the unwilling listener to yet another conversation of the car. He said he knew he was getting restless but he just had to get his nerves up to let him put it in drive. He said then all of a sudden for no reason at all his son put the car in reverse and back through the garage door and hit the other car inside the garage. He managed to break the garage door in half and dent the other car pretty badly. His sons excuse was as his dad was talking he was dreaming he was driving and meant to put the car in park! We laughed so hard at his story but we both were glad we have daughters.
