Taking care of ourselves is a big part of living our lives. Our very futures depend on our good health. The decisions that we make now decide what our health will be with our skin and bodies in our future. For my wife and daughters they use different skin creams and lotions to give their skin a healthy appearance and help maintain it’s moisture after a long day outside. When we go to the beach we all use a sun blocker to protect our skin from what the intense sun exposure will do to it if given the chance. It seems to work well in our hair without drying it out and gives it that healthy shine that gives it a good clean look and feel.
