Social media has become a new main stream Internet  and mobile-based tools for sharing, videos, pictures and discussing information among carbon based life forms. The term “social media” most often refers to activities that integrate technology, telecommunications and social interaction, and the construction of words, pictures, videos and audio. This is what makes so much fun . One of the best part is “building” of shared communities, as people share their stories, experiences and knowledge with each other. Social Media in business is referred as user-generated content (UGC) or consumer-generated media (CGM).
