Less lights mean Better view with a telescope

By Social Catalyst | November 28, 2008

A few years ago we moved from a large city area away from the city lights this enabled us the watch stars and view the sky better. This move had another purpose of having less hustle and way less bushel of the large city. The one perk of the move was that enabled us to use our cassegrain telescopes more in the sky to watch the moon and anyother planets we can find. Without all the city lights you can see more of the night sky, stars, more stars and lots of shooting stars you do not see many of them in the city. Telescopes and binoculars have become the norm for the nights we want to view the night time sky and its activity. I have been wanting to invest in more telescopes to explore the night sky. Some of the best optical items I have found has been on OpticsPlanet.

They carry a large selection of telescopes by top quality brands like Celestron, Barska, Zhumell, Bushnell, Meade, Carson and others. Their types of telescope is extensive including refractor telescopes, newtonian telescopes, cassegrain telescopes, reflector telescopes, dobsonian telescopes, catadioptric telescopes, and maksutov telescopes. You kinda wish you could have one of each to try them out. The OpticsPlanet folks also offer you a set of astronomy binoculars and solarscopes. Optics Planet is now offeringFree UPS Shipping on orders over $29.95.  Good for all Holiday shoppers
