Making money with a Twitter Account. Some have tried to sell their account by the number of followers they, other working selling products on twitter. Now there is a service that will allow you to send advertisements on twitter and they will even schedule your advertisements. The folks of Twittertise allows scheduling tweets with providing you access to be able to track click throughs through the sent twits. Pretty cool, advertising and scheduling your ad posts.
