As old as PC’s are it is hard to say why we have errors anymore. The software has gotten where it is easy to install and configure the operating system for computer. The operating system should be able to fix its error without help from tech support. But this is just wishful thinking, I do not know if ever a computer will fix itself without human intervention. The major problem I have is that computers break when the biggest project of your life is due. I think it is called Murphy’s Law.

One good thing that has happened with supporting a network of users is utilizing trouble shooting information from the internet.
