I have a new social contact that is into fashion, that is what their site is about. When I was younger fashion was the thing to have. Had to read GQ magazine for years. My children have been making their own fashion for the last several days. If at time of college age, they may want a fashion career. They have been very interested in fashion design, retail fashion, fashion merchandising or just to work in the fashion industry.
This is till early yet, but they have been researching fashion schools that can provide training in fashion to lay the foundation for a fashion career. The folks of fashion-schools.org can provide you information and a choice of fashion school programs. Find if the colleges cover training for clothing design, fashion merchandising, fashion marketing, or fashion in general. All campuses in the US are covered. Still have a few years to worry about this.
